Mr. Verstegen primarily practices in the areas of commercial litigation, insurance defense, and employment law, representing corporations, municipalities, and individuals in all phases of litigation. He is admitted to practice before all Arizona state courts, the U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
After receiving his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Northern Iowa with a major in Communications in 1997, he graduated with distinction from the University of Iowa College of Law in 2000. While in law school, Mr. Verstegen was an Associate Editor on the Journal of Corporation Law, Treasurer of the Student Bar Association, and co-founded the Pro Bono Society.
