Micah Ray Alexander graduated in 2001 from Kansas State University with a bachelor's degree in civil engineering. He received his law degree from the University of Kansas in 2004, where he held an editor position with the Kansas Journal of Law and Public Policy.
Mr. Alexander also earned a master's degree in public administration from the University of Missouri in 2009. He has served more than five years in state government as in-house counsel, with his primary focus being transportation, construction and contract law.
