Mr. Andersen graduated from Arizona State University with an economics degree in 1997, and received his law degree from California Western School of Law in 1999. He is admitted to practice before all Arizona state courts, the U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. He primarily practices commercial litigation, construction law, and insurance defense litigation, representing corporations, municipalities, and individuals in all phases of litigation. He has experience representing litigants in a wide spectrum of matters including contract disputes, environmental matters, negligence actions, and personal injury claims.
