In 2009, Matthew W. Wright argued a controversial civil-rights case before the United States Supreme Court. The major news organizations interviewed Wright several times. "There were a thousand moving parts to that case, including the prospect of a high seven-figure exposure, a bevy of amici, and arm-wrestling the Solicitor General over argument time," Wright says.
