Brad Holm's Personal Commitment to Clients
I have represented many of the same clients for 25 years. A lawyer keeps a client that long only if he commits to deliver-and actually delivers-the best service every time.
Over the years, I have handled a wide variety of cases, from relatively small to extremely large and complex. For example, from 2005 to 2008, I served simultaneously as lead counsel in (1) a $200 million engineering-design and construction dispute that involved over 10 million documents, and (2) a $20-million architectural malpractice case that also involved over 10 million documents. Between these two cases, we deposed 100 witnesses.
My experience teaches that clients expect more of lawyers. And I make every effort to meet their higher expectations. I will handle your case — large or small — based on these commitments.
- My job is to serve you and accomplish your legal objectives.
- I will keep you informed each step of the way.
- I will explain what's happening in the case so that you can understand.
- Together, you and I will develop your legal objectives for the representation, plan strategy, execute the plan, and evaluate each move.
- I will prepare a realistic budget with understandable information, and I will keep you updated on litigation activities that affect budget and schedule.
- During the representation, I will continually develop options for you to consider.
- I will personally handle your case. If we need help, I will introduce you to the attorneys who will work under me. And I will obtain your approval to use them in defined roles.
- I will be fiercely loyal to you and your cause.
- I will work to minimize unnecessary legal expense.
- I will charge a reasonable fee, proportionate to the engagement.
