Ms. Doody received her Bachelor of Arts degree from University of Wisconsin-Madison in 1996, where she majored in Psychology and Behavioral Science and Law, and received her Criminal Justice Certificate. She attended Chicago-Kent College of Law in Chicago, Illinois, and received her Juris Doctorate degree in 2001.

Ms. Doody is currently licensed to practice law in the State of Arizona, as well as the United States District Court for the District of Arizona. Her practice areas include tort defense, civil rights litigation, professional liability claims, complex civil litigation, and construction defect litigation.
