Mr. Hays has practiced in the area of construction law for the last 15 years. In that time he has represented large municipalities, contractors, subcontractors, owners, insurance companies, school districts and even a major league baseball team in construction related manners.
Mr. Hays is an editor of the Construction Law Source, a legal publication that addresses industry developments, legal trends, contracting and collection issues and topics of interest to the construction industry.
