emphasis on construction, architect/engineer liability, and environmental
matters. He has represented owners, engineers, general contractors,
subcontractors, sureties, and insurance companies in construction litigation.

has performed the same work for various private owners. He has litigated
virtually every kind of public works construction claim and many claims
on private projects as well. He has tried bid protest cases on projects
ranging in size from a few hundred thousand dollars to over $350 million.
He has also litigated all kinds of delay, differing-site-conditions,
and extra-work claims. Further, he has mediated and arbitrated a variety
of construction claims, and he served as a mediator in several construction
