Mr. Holm graduated cum laude from Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Science in Political Science. He received his Juris Doctor from the University of Toledo, College of Law in 2006. He is admitted to practice before all Arizona Courts and before the U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona.
While Mr. Holm’s practice primarily involves construction litigation, he also practices commercial litigation, personal injury, and insurance defense. He has represented individuals, corporations, and municipalities in all phases of litigation. Mr. Holm’s direct experience includes contract disputes, professional-negligence actions, settlement negotiations, and managing document-intensive cases.
