Jessica has been an associate with the firm since 2008. She focuses her practice on construction law and litigation, and has experience representing contractors and subcontractors in construction defect litigation, mechanic's lien foreclosure actions, and general commercial disputes. She also assists construction professionals in creating and structuring new business entities. Ms. Jackson is an editor of the Construction Law Source, a legal publication that addresses industry developments, legal trends, contracting and collection issues and topics of interest to the construction industry.

Jessica grew up in Michigan and graduated Summa Cum Laude from both Michigan State University College of Law in 2008 and Lindenwood University in 2005. During law school she was a member Michigan State's Journal of Business and Securities Law and graduated in the top 5% of her class. She is currently licensed to practice law in the State of Arizona, and is admitted to practice before the United States District Court of Arizona and the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Arizona.

As a member of the Maricopa County Bar Association, Jessica was recently elected to the Board of Directors for Maricopa County Bar Association's Young Lawyers Division and will serve a three-year term. Throughout her involvement in the Maricopa County Bar Association, she has participated in a number of events designed to raise money and provide support for domestic violence shelters in the valley, as well as expand access to legal services for the community.
