David L. O’Daniel is a trial lawyer and concentrates his practice on civil trials, arbitrations, mediations and appeals in state and federal courts.  David’s practice includes the representation of clients in numerous types of matters including construction defects, commercial/business disputes, construction contract disputes, business torts, real estate disputes, business contracts, antitrust, subrogation, product defect, property damage and personal injury, and appeals.  His current clients include Salt River Project Agricultural Improvement and Power District, Guardian Building Products Distribution, Inc., TLUP, Inc., and numerous other businesses.  He is rated “AV” by Martindale Hubbell.  He has also presented numerous seminars on topics ranging from the litigation process to mechanic’s liens for clients including presentations at Guardian Building Products’ national show in Law Vegas, Nevada.
            David graduated summa cum laude in 1977 from Murray State University with Bachelor of Science degrees in political science and in economics.  Mr. O’Daniel graduated from Vanderbilt School of Law in 1980.  While in law school, Mr. O’Daniel was a member of the Vanderbilt Law Review, and he served as an associate research editor.  He authored, “Denial of Standing to Private, Noncommercial Consumers Under Section 4 of the Clayton Act,” 31 Vand.L.Rev.1531 (1978). 
            Mr. O’Daniel is admitted to practice before all state and federal courts in the State of Arizona.  He is also admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court, the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, and the United States District Court for the Middle District of Tennessee.
