
Dave Pauole is primarily a civil litigator in cases involving catastrophic personal injury, wrongful death, and civil rights. He has also developed a considerable appellate practice, having handled a myriad of direct appeals and special actions for parties as well as nonparties seeking to appear as amicus curiae. He has even had the unique experience of practicing before courts of last resort after successfully petitioning both the Arizona Supreme Court and United States Supreme Court for review.
Mr. Pauole regularly represents and advises Arizona school districts on matters of student rights and discipline, employment, intergovernmental agreements, legislation and policy, legal compliance, risk management, school finance, elections, etc.
