Mr. Scarbrough graduated from Brigham Young University in 1999 with a degree in history, and received his law degree from Thomas Jefferson School of Law in 2002. He practices in the areas of commercial and construction litigation, with an emphasis on breach of contract, negligence and insurance. He is admitted to practice law before all Arizona state courts and the U.S. District Court, District of Arizona.

Mr. Scarbrough manages a diverse caseload of general civil litigation and insurance defense matters in various state and federal trial and appellate courts. He has been responsible for initial case assessment and budgeting, development and litigation strategy, extensive client contact, hiring of experts, taking and defending depositions, all court appearances, including jury and bench trials, settlement negotiations, mediations and arbitrations, and drafting pleadings, motions, discovery requests and responses, and all trial-related documents.
