Mr. Wilkins graduated from BYU’s J. Reuben Clark Law School in 2005 (J.D., cum laude), where he served as a senior editor of the BYU Law Review. He received his undergraduate degree in journalism, with a minor in sociology, from Brigham Young University (B.A., 2001). He is the author of Splitting the Baby: An Analysis of the Supreme Court’s Take on Customary International Law and the Alien Tort Statute in Sosa v. Alvarez-Machain, to be published this Fall of 2005 in the BYU Law Review.
